Do you offer hosting?
Yes. Managed UK hosting can be part of any care plan, with SSL, backups and monitoring set up for you. If you’d rather keep your current host, we can look after the site there.
Can you maintain a site you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with a health check to see what’s installed and what needs fixing, then recommend a plan. If the site needs work before we can look after it, we’ll say so up front.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us and we start investigating within [response time]. Once it’s back up, we tell you what happened and what we’ve done to stop it happening again.
Which sites do you look after?
WordPress, Statamic and Laravel sites, including bespoke software we’ve built. If yours runs on something else, ask and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
